Sneak Preview
Today is video day at our law firm. Will it really take two hours to shoot a one minute video? I am the choreographer and the script writer, and I will do the talking, so the burden is hardly on the production company. Here is what I have planned:
SCENE 1. Standing in our reception room with the law firm name on the wall, we will begin shooting with me saying: Welcome to the Solomon Law Firm. I'm Lee Solomon, and I'm going to talk to you today about our immigration practice.
SCENE 2. As I am sitting down at my desk I will begin speaking: First let me say that we're located in Houston, but Immigration is Federal Law, so we can help you no matter where you live.
SCENE 3. While speaking, I will turn to the hand carved mahogany breakfront behind my desk and pick up the roughly three inch think USCIS Adjudicator's Field Manual to show the viewer: Many of our immigration clients need help obtaining a fiancee visa or a marriage visa, because the process is very complex.
SCENE 4. Still at my desk holding the book: My wife and I endured the fiancee visa process ourselves. We know what our clients are going through, so they can always reach us, even on weekends.
SCENE 4. In our tea room with Ping and Cici seated behind our rosewood tea table with its large wooden wheels on one end so the other end can be picked up to move it around, with me standing behind them: Sitting in our tea room is my wife, Ping, who works with me in The Solomon Law Firm. Beside her is our daughter, Angela.
SCENE 5. My arms across the shoulders of the girls, I will reach for our book while talking and hold it for the viewers to see: My ancestors came from Europe many years ago. My wife and daughter came from China. Like other Americans, we are a family of immigrants, and we're proud of our story. In fact, it was published in this book.
SCENE 6. Me standing in our reception room near the door of our tea room where the plaque that shows we are on the Bar Register of Preeminent Law Firms in America is on the wall where the camera can zoom in on it as I speak: We're also proud of our law firm, because every day we help people just like you come together, from countries all over the world.
SCENE 7. Me sitting at the rosewood table with build in seat at the end of our hallway, lamp turned on: You can learn more about us and our immigration practice on our website. Call us today. We would love to help you too.

That's all folks!
