Our Robe
The girls are much like me when it comes to the temperature in our home. We all have a dislike for heated air, so we rarely turn on the heat even when it gets cold inside the house. Temperatures in the low sixties are not uncommon, and sometimes it drops into the high fifties. The girls have many sets of heavy clothing to wear around the house, but they have found something they like better. My robe.
My robe is more lightweight than what the girls usually wear, but it is very warm. So I have learned that if I don't get to it first, or when I am not at home, one of the girls will likely be wearing it when the house is cold. I always know, even if I am not there to see it, because the girls roll up the sleeves (so they don't cover their hands) when they wear it. They leave the sleeves rolled up when they put it back on the hook where it hangs on the bedroom door.
I don't recall where I bought that robe, but if I could find two more just like it I think it would be a good investment to buy them.
